What to Expect on Cooking Day. How does the service works?I handle everything—grocery shopping, cooking, portioning, and storing your meals. On cooking days, I typically spend 3 to 5 hours in your home. If your order exceeds what I can prepare within this timeframe, I can either extend the cooking time slightly or split the preparation over multiple days to meet your needs. Before your first cooking session, I kindly ask you to share a photo of your kitchen. This helps me plan accordingly, ensure a smooth cooking experience, and confirm that the space is suitable for the requested service. On cooking days, I ask that the kitchen be clean and ready for use, including the sink, stovetop, and oven. Additionally, please ensure there is enough space in the fridge or freezer for meal storage.

Grocery shopping, ingredients and containers.I take care of all the grocery shopping and bring good quality ingredients needed to prepare your meals. Whenever possible, I source seasonal, organic, and locally produced ingredients to ensure the best flavors and nutrition. Clients are responsible for providing containers or packaging of their choice for the meals I prepare. For meal storage, I recommend using glass containers. Glass containers are my top choice, as they help reduce plastic use and provide a safe, convenient way to store and reheat food. However, if you prefer reusable plastic containers, they work great too!
